PTFE and PFA Core Hose — PTFE Core Hose Smooth Bore, T-Series

T series is a PTFE smooth-bore core hose with a 304 stainless steel braid promoting hose pressure containment, and optional 316L stainless steel or alloy 400 braids available. This hose is commonly used where chemical compatibility and permeation resistance is desired.

A size range of 1/4 through 1 inch, working pressures from vacuum to 3000 psig (206 bar), and a variety of end connections allow the T series hose to meet the needs of a range of systems. An optional carbon black-filled PTFE core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Custom assemblies are available with other options including hose covers and tags.

Every T series hose assembly is pressure tested with water for 30 to 60 seconds at 1.5 times the working pressure to a requirement of no visible leakage at ambient temperature.
