스웨즈락 샘플 프로브 모듈(SPM)은 정밀한 공정 제어 유지를 위해 가스와 액체 스트림내 주요 성분들의 농도를 측정하는 온라인 프로세스 분석기에 사용할 수 있도록 사전 설계된 솔루션입니다. SPM은 용접된 샘플 프로브(SPW) 또는 인입식 (Retractable) 샘플 프로브(SPR)와 블록 & 블리드 샘플 프로브 밸브(SPV)로 구성됩니다. 샘플 프로브를 샘플 프로브 밸브와 결합하여 사용하면 안전성과 더불어 샘플의 순도 및 적시성을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
안전성 향상
프로세스는 흔히 고압과 고온에서 운영되므로 온라인 분석기에서 프로세스 샘플의 안전한 제거가 어려울 수 있습니다. 블록 & 블리드 밸브를 샘플 탭에 사용하면 프로세스 유체를 적절히 격리시키고 블리드 밸브를 통해 분석 시스템 압력을 배출시킬 수 있습니다.
샘플 순도 개선
적절한 분석 제어를 보장하기 위해선 실제로 공정 유체를 대표하며 분석기를 손상시키는 파티클들이 포함되지 않은 샘플을 추출하는 것이 중요합니다. 노즐을 프로세스 라인에 연결하여 샘플을 추출하면 오래된 프로세스 유체와 무거운 파티클들이 샘플 라인으로 유입되어 분석기로 흘러들어갈 수 있습니다. 대안으로서, 프로브를 프로세스 라인 중앙에 설치하면 대표성을 갖는 샘플을 추출하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 또한 프로브는 프로세스 파티클들을 여과하는 데 도움이 됩니다.
적시성 향상
