Swagelok VCR® metal gasket face seal fittings allow you to create reliable, metal-to-metal sealed, make-and-break connections in high-purity welded systems. They are comprised of high-purity material, install easily in tight spaces, and are ideal for situations where system fluids or temperatures may not be compatible with O-ring elastomer materials.

Swagelok VCR® fittings can feature an ultra-high purity construction and can be used in high-purity applications ranging from vacuum to positive pressure. Face seal fittings have less area of entrapment and are cleaner than tube fittings, limiting the potential for contamination in applications where low particulate levels are imperative. Metal-to-metal sealing allows for VCR® fitting use in applications where elastomers are incompatible with system fluid.
Swagelok VCR® fittings are easy to install and feature a compact footprint, making them useful in a variety of applications where space is especially limited. The fittings’ precision-manufactured, side-load retainer gasket allows easy installation and minimal clearance for removal, reducing installation and maintenance time required. Flow restrictor bodies with several orifice sizes are available to provide repeatable flow reduction.
