Les raccords Swagelok surpassent les autres raccords en réduisant les risques de fuites et les temps d’arrêt coûteux dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité. La conception sophistiquée de la bague arrière permet d’isoler les contraintes pour que le tube résiste mieux aux effets de la flexion, de la flèche et des vibrations. Les raccords pour tubes et les raccords adaptateurs sont disponibles dans plusieurs alliages pour garantir leur compatibilité chimique avec les fluides. Swagelok propose en outre une formation dispensée par des experts pour garantir une installation correcte. Les adaptateurs pour tubes Swagelok peuvent être utilisés avec n’importe quel autre raccord pour tubes Swagelok. Il n’est donc plus utile de stocker des coudes et des tés spéciaux. Les raccords pour tubes Swagelok en acier inoxydable utilisés avec des tubes en acier inoxydable 316 et 316 Ti ont été testés selon les critères des normes ECE R110 et sont également disponibles avec une certification CE-79. Swagelok propose des raccords fabriqués dans des matériaux conformes aux exigences métallurgiques des normes NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 et MR0103. Par ailleurs, les raccords fabriqués en alliage 2507 et en alliage 6MO sont conformes aux normes NORSOK M-630 et M-650.
