Swagelok ball valves control fugitive emissions and leakage and can be used in a wide range of applications. They have been engineered for repeatable, leak-tight shutoff, have low overall cost of ownership, and include full-flow, one-piece instrumentation, three-piece process, trunnion-style, and multipurpose.
Swagelok quarter-turn instrument plug valves are an economical, reliable alternative to ball valves. The simple, compact design delivers full flow and positive shutoff and is available in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, brass, and lightweight PFA.

- Swagelok® GB Series Full-Flow Ball Valves are engineered to provide high flow rates at working pressure of 6000 psi (413 bar), while simplifying installation, minimizing rework requirements
- Swagelok® Medium-Pressure Double Block and Bleed Valves (IPT Series) feature a trunnion-style ball design that seals consistently across a full range of pressures, enabling reliable operation for improved actuation of control systems
- Swagelok® Medium-Pressure Trunnion-Style Ball Valves (CTB Series) offer low-torque, quarter-turn operation in a compact design in applications up to 20 000 psig (1378 bar)
- Swagelok® Medium-Pressure Trunnion-Style Ball Valves (FKB Series) provide positive shutoff in applications up to 20 000 psig (1378 bar) and feature an advanced design that reduces seal wear
- Swagelok® Multipurpose Ball Valves (SK Series) offer low-torque, quarter-turn operation in applications up to 6000 psig (413 bar). Low emissions certification per API 624 is available.
