Swagelok fittings outperform others in reducing the risk of leaks and costly downtime across various industries. The advanced back ferrule design isolates stress to resist vibration, bending, and deflection, while a patented carburization process enhances strength without sacrificing corrosion resistance. Easy to install and reassemble, Swagelok fittings require less effort than alternatives.
Tube fittings and adapter fittings are available in multiple alloys to ensure chemical compatibility, with expert-led training offered for proper installation. Swagelok tube adapters can be used with any other Swagelok tube fittings eliminating the need for stocking special elbows and tees. Stainless steel Swagelok tube fittings used with 316 stainless steel and 316 Ti stainless steel alloy tubing have been tested to the requirements of ECE R110 and are also available with EC-79 certification. Swagelok offers fittings in materials that meet the metallurgical requirements of NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and MR0103. Also, fittings manufactured from alloy 2507 and 6MO are NORSOK M-630 and M-650 compliant as standard.

Vibrationsfestigkeit

Die fortschrittliche Geometrie mit Scharnier-Spann-Effekt am hinteren Klemmring ist Standard bei allen 1/4 bis 1 Zoll und 6 bis 25 mm Swagelok-Rohrverschraubungen aus Edelstahl, um Monteuren bei der Herstellung konsistenter, leckagefreier Rohrverbindungen zu helfen. In diesen Größen tragen das patentierte Einsatzhärteverfahren und die speziell konstruierte Geometrie zum einzigartigen technischen Vorteil des hinteren Klemmrings von Swagelok bei. Durch die Geometrie des hinteren Klemmrings kommt es zu einem verbesserten Scharnier-Spann-Effekt.
