Swagelokエクセス･フロー･バルブの二次側のラインに異常が生じた場合に、システム流体の過剰流出を防止当社のエクセス･フロー･バルブのポペットは、バルブの二次側で流れが過剰となった場合、トリップ位置へ瞬時に移動し、一次側と二次側の圧力が均等になるとリセットされます。
