Swagelokダイヤフラム・バルブ ALD3／ALD6シリーズは、非常に優れたサイクル・ライフ、高速作動、最高0.62の流量係数を備えており、ALD（原子層蒸着）半導体製造に必要なプリカーサーの供給制御を行います。
ALDバルブについて問い合わせるSwagelok®超高純度用ダイヤフラム・バルブ ALD3／ALD6シリーズを使用すると、半導体製造 時に蒸着チャンバー内でマイクロデバイスに1層ずつ堆積する際に使用するプリカーサー・ガスの信頼性を保ちつつ、高速供給を行うことができます。高パフォーマンスを誇るALD3／ALD6シリーズ・バルブは、非常に優れたサイクル・ライフ、アクチュエーター部分を含めた高温対応を特徴としており、超高純度アプリケーションに適しています。
ALD3／ALD6シリーズ・バルブのダイヤフラムはコバルト基超合金製で、強度および耐食性に優れています。バルブ・ボディは316L VIM-VARステンレス鋼製で、超高純度アプリケーションに適しています。バルブ・シートは完全フッ素結合させた高純度PFA製で、幅広い耐薬品性を備えており、膨潤およびコンタミネーションに対する耐性に優れています。ALD3／ALD6シリーズ・バルブには、ノーマル・クローズ型およびノーマル・オープン型のエアー・アクチュエーターを取り付けることができ、さまざまな取り付け要件に合わせて多種多様な形状を選ぶことができます。
