Swagelok®管用ねじシール剤を使用すると、さまざまなアプリケーションにおいて漏れのない確実なシールを実現し、システムの安全性を向上させることができます。また、 Swagelok®熱交換器チューブ・プラグ TPシリーズを使用することで、熱交換器の耐用年数が長くなり、メンテナンス・コストを削減することができます。
シール剤を見るSwagelok管用ねじシール剤は、さまざまな化学薬品に対して反応を起こすことなく、各種アプリケーションにおいて漏れの無い確実なシールを実現します。幅広いシステム圧力や温度に対応します。
- Swagelok SWAK™（スワック）嫌気性管用ねじシール剤は、素早く容易に塗布することが可能で、ねじに粘着し、ねじ込んでも切れ落ちません。組み立て時の潤滑剤として作用し、ねじのかじりや焼き付きを防止します。接着部分が硬化し、振動や衝撃にも強くなります。接着した部分は、完全に硬化した後も、低トルクで分離可能です。
- Swagelok®PTFEフリー管用ねじシール剤もSWAKと同様に機能し、PTFEベースのシール剤が好ましくないアプリケーションにおいて素早くシールします。
- Swagelok®PTFEテープ管用ねじシール剤は、Commercial Item Description A-A-58092に準拠し、管用テーパーおねじに使用することができます（最高使用温度：232°C）
Swagelok®熱交換器用チューブ・プラグ TPシリーズを使用してチューブ・エンドをシールすると、熱交換器をより長く使用することができます。均一なテーパーおよび滑らかな表面仕上げにより、最小限の力で確実にシールします。チューブ・プラグは、さまざまな材質を選ぶことができるため、各種システムに適合します。
