Swagelok^® Weld Fittings

Swagelok offers a wide selection of weld fittings in various sizes, shapes, and materials for diverse applications. The options include high-purity and general industrial tube butt weld fittings, socket weld fittings, weld adapters, and subsea weld fittings. Miniature Swagelok Micro-Fit^® fittings provide the same flow and service ratings as larger fittings in a compact design for tight spaces.

Available in sizes 1/8 to 1 in. and 6 to 18 mm, in 316, 316L, 316L VAR, and 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel materials, tube butt weld fittings are designed for precise alignment and uniform tube walls, while pipe socket weld fittings offer heavy walls for long life in severe conditions. The choice of fitting, pipe, and tubing material being welded is critical. Using the same materials will ensure the same coefficients of expansion and will reduce the possibility of poor welds, out-of-roundness, or dimensional changes that are detrimental to a good weld.
