Swagelok® Mechanical Seal Support Systems
Swagelok offers expertly designed, easy-to-configure, and maintainable seal support systems. Ideal for maintaining rotating equipment online and operating efficiency, Swagelok mechanical seal support kits help minimize downtime, cut costs, and save time while ensuring safe operation.
Get Help Selecting the Right SystemSwagelok’s mechanical seal support kits and assemblies meet API 682 standards, offering reliable, easy-to-install systems that minimize leaks by avoiding pipe threads and limiting connections. Atmospheric side plans and process side seal plan kits include all components and engineered drawings for simple installation, following API guidelines. Kits also show technicians how to bend tubing to further prevent leaks.
Swagelok provides customizable seal plan assemblies, including panels and seal pots, tailored to specific applications. Between seal plans and process side plan assemblies can be ordered with or without installation kits. Designed for reliability, Swagelok systems feature high-point vents to prevent air entrapment, low-point drains for safe purging, and pressure/temperature measurement points for troubleshooting. Accessible filters, strainers, and bypass loops ensure proper flow, and customizable designs enhance safety with block-and-bleed valves and two-valve manifolds as per API standards.
