La vanne monobloc à boisseau sphérique pour instrumentation série 40 a prouvé sa fiabilité pendant presque 40 ans dans de nombreux secteurs. Swagelok a modifié la structure de la vanne et mis au point un procédé novateur d'assemblage. Le résultat est la nouvelle vanne à boisseau sphérique série 40G, caractérisée par des plages de températures nominales plus étendues, des capacités améliorées en matière de cycles thermiques et des risques moindres de fuite.
