世伟洛克现场工作站模块是一种减压装置，在提取点对气体样品进行预处理，在将其输送到分析仪之前降低气体压力，以提供更快的分析仪响应时间，减少冷凝，并提供更安全的环境。
联系专家世伟洛克®现场工作站模块 (FSM) 将经过预处理、降低压力的工艺气体输送到分析仪。在提取点对气体样品进行预处理并在低压下输送样品可加快分析仪的响应速度，并减少冷凝和对环境的影响。FSM 直接安装在工艺喷嘴上，并可高度配置以适应工艺条件。
更快的分析仪响应时间
在下游进行流量控制的高压力管路内的气体分子比较稠密，因此流速较慢、所需吹扫时间较长。降低气体样品的压力后，样品传输管路和样品调整元件内的分子数量就会比较少，因此使系统易于冲洗，并使分析仪能够更快地响应工艺变化。通常，当压力达到 3 bar（表压）(43.5 psig) 或以上时应使用 FSM。
凝结少
为了避免气体取样过程中出现凝结，可使用 FSM 降低样品混合物内所有气体的分压。降低系统的总压力是降低所有气体的分压的方法之一；各气体的分压的下降幅度与总压力的变化是成比例的。使用 FSM 可以显著降低样品传输管路内形成凝结物的可能性。
提高安全性
体积膨胀率与绝对压力降低幅度是成比例的。在没有安装现场工作站模块的高压系统内，这种膨胀会剧烈到发生爆炸的程度。在工艺取样点安装 FSM 能够减小取样系统的高压区段，从而使整体环境变得更加安全。
