Swagelok溶接継手は、超高純度用途、特別なクリーニングが必要なアプリケーション、一般産業アプリケーションにおいて、流体システムの効率および安全性を維持するのに欠かせない強度や耐久性を備えています。
すべての溶接継手を見るスウェージロックは、多種多様なアプリケーション向けに、さまざまなサイズ、形状、材質の溶接継手を幅広く取り揃えています。そのラインアップには、高純度用および一般産業用のチューブ突き合わせ溶接継手、差し込み溶接継手、溶接アダプター、海底用溶接継手などがあります。Micro-Fit®（マイクロ・フィット）溶接（ミニチュア・チューブ突き合わせ溶接）継手は、コンパクトながら、チューブ外径サイズがさらに大きい溶接継手と同等の流量および使用範囲を実現しており、狭いスペースでの使用に適しています。
サイズは1/8～1 インチ、6～18 mm、材質は316、316L、316L VAR、316L VIM-VARステンレス鋼から選ぶことができます。チューブ突き合わせ溶接継手は、正確なアライメント（位置合わせ）が容易で、チューブ肉厚は常に均一です。パイプ差し込み溶接継手は厚肉で、過酷な状況下でも耐久性に優れています。溶接に際して、継手、パイプ、チューブの材質の選定は極めて重要です。膨張係数を同一にし、溶接不良、真円度のずれ、溶接に悪影響を与える寸法変化が発生する可能性を低減するため、必ず同じ材質のもの同士を溶接してください。
