Swagelok® Assembly-by-Torque (AbT) fittings allow for quick, repeatable assembly using pre-set torque values, offering reliable performance even after repeated reassembly. The advanced-geometry, hinging-colleting design ensures secure tube gripping and gas-tight sealing. A unique double-notch nut design visually distinguishes AbT fittings from standard Swagelok fittings, reducing the risk of mix-ups. The dynamic zone feature controls axial displacement during assembly, ensuring consistent torque and first-time quality. Ideal for the Clean Energy sector, AbT fittings meet EC-79, ECE R110, ISO 15500, and NGV 3.1 standards, supporting applications in hydrogen, compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquid natural gas (LNG) systems.
