캘리브레이션 및 방향 전환 모듈은 모듈형 플랫폼 부품으로 제작된 고도로 구성 가능한 사전 설계된 서브시스템입니다. 이 제품은 분석 전 샘플의 최종 컨디셔닝을 실행하며, 사용자가 Swagelok 스트림 셀렉터 시스템을 사용하여 최대 10개의 샘플과 두 가지 캘리브레이션 스트림을 선택할 수 있도록 합니다.
전문가에게 문의Swagelok 캘리브레이션 및 방향 전환 모듈(CSM)은 다양한 공정 샘플 사이의 개별적인 방향 전환 기능과, 분석용 공정 스트림을 컨디셔닝하고 선택하는 기능을 제공합니다. CSM은 적절한 압력, 온도, 유량, 여과 수준에서 샘플이 분석기에 유입되도록 보장함으로써 샘플을 전처리합니다. 또한, 통합형 유량 루프 구조로 전체 스트림에 걸쳐 분석기에 대해 일관적인 공급 시간을 보장하며, 데드레그 또는 스트림 간 오염 가능성을 제거합니다.
CSM은 Swagelok 모듈형 플랫폼 부품 플랫폼을 기반으로 하며, 사용자가 필요한 구성을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 Swagelok 스트림 선택기 밸브(SSV)를 활용합니다. 표준 모델은 최대 10개의 공정과 두 가지 캘리브레이션 유체(액체 또는 기체)를 지원합니다. CSM의 주요 기능은 공정 스트림을 컨디셔닝하고 선택하거나, 분석용 캘리브레이션 스트림을 선택하는 것입니다. 이 시스템은 외부(보통 분석기)의 공압 신호에 반응하여 분석할 유체를 선택합니다. 신호에 의해 분석할 유체가 포함된 스트림에 해당하는 SSV 더블 블록 & 블리드 밸브 모듈 중 하나가 열립니다.
