Swagelok® Pressure Transducers
Maintain accurate electronic pressure monitoring with Swagelok pressure transducers for standard industrial and explosion-proof applications.
Request Further DetailsSwagelok® pressure transducers are customizable to suit different system needs across various pressure ranges, process connections, electrical connectors, and output signals.
S Model (Standard Industrial) and E Model (Explosion Proof)
These stainless-steel pressure transducer models are durable and compact, resisting pressure spikes, shocks, and vibrations. They use thin film and piezoresistive sensor technology for reliability and stability, with an accuracy of 0.5% span limit point calibration (0.25% of span best fit straight line).
They offer a wide range of pressure units (psi, bar, MPa, kg/cm2, kPa), pressure references (compound, gauge, or absolute), and various process connections (Swagelok® tube adapter, NPT, RG, RJ, or ISO7 taper), including a flush diaphragm option for viscous fluids.
Swagelok® S model pressure transducers are suitable for general industrial uses like machine control, process control, lab equipment, and hydraulics. Swagelok® E models pressure transducers are designed for explosion-proof environments such as wellhead monitoring, petrochemical, and offshore oil and gas industries. The E model resists pressure spikes, vibration, and moisture, meeting IP67/NEMA 4X standards and CSA/FM certifications, with temperature ratings of T6 at 140°F (60°C) and T4 at 221°F (105°C).
