60 Series Flange Seal Installation

Kit contents: Standard Fastener (bolt or stud 3), Instruction sheet, Black Fastener (bolt or stud), Stem nuts (2), Body nuts (8), Lubricants (1), Material Safety Data Sheets (1)

Latch lock handle assembly to 4-bolt and 8-bolt 60 series ball valves

Warning: Before servicing any installed valve, you must depressurize the system cycle valve Mounting Namur Style Bracket to 2-way 60 series ball valve.

Using a box wrench, remove the stem nut, stem springs, stop plate and lever handle; 63 series only: Place extended handle positioner plate on stem.

To ensure proper valve function, valve must be installed with flow in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body.
