Swagelok®逆止弁
Swagelok逆止弁は、一般用途および高純度用途において逆方向の流れを制御します。スウェージロックでは、クラッキング圧力調節可能型およびクラッキング圧力固定型の逆止弁を取り揃えています。また、Swagelokエクセス・フロー・バルブ（過流防止弁）は、二次側のシステム流体の過剰流出を防止することで、システムの整合性や安全性を高めます。
View Check Valves逆止弁を使用すると、流体の流れを一定方向に維持することができます。中圧／高圧アプリケーションでの使用に適しています。さまざまな状況で使用できるよう、スプリング式、ポペット式、リフト式、溶接式の高純度用逆止弁などを幅広く取り揃えています。
エクセス・フロー・バルブ（過流防止弁） XS シリーズのスロット・ポペットは、バルブの二次側で流れが過剰になるとトリップ位置へ移動し、圧力が均等になるとリセットされます。スロット・ポペットを採用することで複雑なバイパス機構が不要となり、メンテナンス時間を削減することができます。
