Swagelokメータリング・バルブ(微量流量調節用)もさまざまな形状があります。低圧および高圧での使用に適しており、分析、計装、研究などのアプリケーションにおいて正確な流量調節を実現します。正確な流量レベルが必要なアプリケーションでは、細かく調節することができます[流量係数(Cv値):0.004~0.16)]。さまざまなハンドル・オプションにより、再現性のある流量調節、流量設定の高度な制御、低圧アプリケーションにおけるドライバーによる流量設定の調節が可能です。

Nadelventile

Dosierventile
Die Dosierventile von Swagelok sorgen für eine präzise Regelung in Anwendungen für sowohl niedrige, mittlere als auch hohe Durchflussmengen. Für unterschiedliche Strömungsmuster sind die Dosierventile in gerader, Winkel- und Kreuzausführung erhältlich und eignen sich für Druckstufen bis zu 344 bar (5.000 psig). Die Handgriffe der Dosierventile von Swagelok sind in gerändelter, runder und geschlitzter Ausführung sowie mit Mikrometerkopf oder anpassbarem Drehmoment erhältlich und ermöglichen damit wiederholbare Durchflussanpassungen, eine verbesserte Kontrolle bei der Durchflusseinstellung oder die Durchflusseinstellung mittels Schraubenzieher in Niederdruckanwendungen.
