Swagelok®サンプル・プローブ・モジュール
Swagelokサンプル・プローブ・モジュールは、サンプル・プローブとサンプル・プローブ用バルブを組み合わせて使用することで、安全性、サンプル純度、適時性の向上を実現します。プローブにインターロックが掛かっているため、機器を保護します。 また、バルブにもインターロックが掛かっているため、オペレーションの安全性が向上します。
詳細について問い合わせるSwagelokサンプル・プローブ・モジュール（SPM）はオンライン・プロセス分析器用に設計したサブシステムで、ガスや液体流路の主要な部品の濃度を測定することで、正確なプロセス制御を維持します。SPMは、溶接サンプル・プローブ（SPW）または格納式サンプル・プローブ（SPR）、サンプル・プローブ用ブロック／ブリード・バルブ（SPV）から構成されています。サンプル・プローブとサンプル・プローブ用バルブを組み合わせて使用することで、安全性、サンプル純度、適時性の向上を実現します。
安全性の向上
プロセス流体は高圧・高温の場合が多いため、オンライン分析器に送るためのサンプル抽出には危険を伴う場合があります。サンプル取出し口にブロック／ブリード・バルブを取り付けると、プロセス流体を適切に遮断し、ブリード・バルブから分析システムの圧力を排出することが可能になります。
サンプル純度の向上
分析器の損傷を避けるため、パーティクルが含まれていないサンプルを抽出することが必須です。プローブをプロセス・ライン中央に取り付けると、プロセス流体の状態を正しく表すサンプルを確実に抽出できるほか、プロセス流体内のパーティクルを除去することもできます。
適時性の向上
プロセス管理を効率的に行うには、オンライン分析器にサンプルを迅速に送り、プロセス調節をタイムリーに行うことが不可欠です。分析器への遅延時間を最短化する方法のひとつに、分析システム容積を削減することが挙げられます。プローブを使用してサンプルの抽出を行うと、ノズルを使用する場合に比べてシステム容積を大幅に削減することができます。
