Swagelok® PTFE Core Hose Convoluted
Swagelok C Series and N Series convoluted flexible PTFE hoses are for applications where elasticity and chemical compatibility are key.
Get Help Selecting HosesConvoluted PTFE core hose is low-weight, highly flexible, and provides important chemical compatibility in systems where that is important. The PTFE material complies with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550 USP 88 Class VI, key for many sanitary applications and is free of TSE, BSE, and ADI as defined in EMEA/410/01.
The C series PTFE hose has a 300 stainless steel braid, protecting the core from abrasion, and an optional carbon black-filled PTFE core available for applications that require static dissipation.

Choose the Right Core Tube Material
The N series PTFE flexible hose is nonmetal and has a carbon black-filled PTFE core for applications that require static dissipation. A ceramic wrap eliminates the need for external insulation in many applications while an aramid fiber braid to aid pressure containment while maintaining flexibility and reducing weight. Commonly used where flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a nonconductive braid are desired.
