Swagelok®PFAコア・ホース（スムーズボア・タイプ）
Swagelok PFAホース UシリーズのPFAコアはスムーズボア・タイプで、表面がスムーズなためクリーニングが容易です。FDAの仕様に適合しており、幅広いサニタリー用途での使用に適しています。
ホースの選定サポートを依頼するPFAホース Uシリーズは非常に柔軟性が高く、スムーズボア・タイプのPFAコアはFDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550、USP 87, 88 Class VI、3-Aに準拠しています。静電気の帯電防止を必要とする用途向けのカーボン・ブラック含浸PFAコアもございます（オプション）。
内壁が滑らかなため、流れの制御やドレン性に優れており、高い精度および清浄性を実現します。シリコーン製カバーは容易にクリーニングすることができるため、バクテリアの繁殖を防止することができます。また、ステンレス鋼製ブレードを保護し、やけどを防ぐとともに、プロセス温度の維持にも役立ちます。
Uシリーズ・ホースは、PFAコアに302ステンレス鋼製ブレード補強材が施されており、高い柔軟性、耐薬品性、滑らかな外面カバーが必要なアプリケーションに適しています。PFAコアは、接着剤などを使用しない特許申請中の処理技術を用いてシリコーン・レイヤーと接着しているため、柔軟性がありながらも、つぶれにくくなっています。
ホースの長さやエンド・コネクションはユーザー指定できるほか、各種オプション（ホース・カバー、ホース・タグなど）も取り揃えています。
