Swagelok®ゴム・ホース（PBシリーズ）
Swagelok®ゴム・ホース PBシリーズは、圧縮エアーや送油といったユーティリティの液体およびガスを扱うアプリケーションにおいて、信頼性が高くコスト効率の高いパフォーマンスを発揮します。適切な工具があれば、現場でスウェージロックのゴム・ホースのエンド・コネクションを新しいホースに手で押し込むだけで簡単に取り付けることができます。
ゴム・ホースを見るSwagelok®プッシュ・オン式多目的ゴム・ホース PBシリーズはオゾン耐性があり、スムーズボア・タイプのブナN製コアが使用されています。内部の繊維補強材によりホースの使用圧力範囲が向上しているほか、最高2.41 MPaの圧力まで接続部分が保持されるため、不揮発性の液体やガスを扱うアプリケーションにおいて信頼性の高いパフォーマンスを発揮します。ブナN製カバーは、耐磨耗性があります。PBシリーズ・ホースは耐久性に優れており、手荒な取り扱いによる破損やつぶれが生じにくいのが特徴です。また、さまざまなカラーを選ぶことができます。
Swagelokゴム・ホースのエンド・コネクションは、手またはプッシュ・オン式ツールで押し込むことができるため、現場で容易にホースに取り付けることが可能です。エンド・コネクション は、ホースの破裂圧力を超えても外れることは無いため、安全な作業環境を実現します。専用の ホース切断工具 できれいに切断できるため、漏れの無い接続が可能です。ホースのコアは容易に組み立てることができ、ホースにエンド・コネクションを固定する際のクランプは不要です。
