스웨즈락의 다양한 퀵 커넥트 구성을 사용하면 빠르고 확실한 연결이 가능하므로 시스템에서 유출과 공기 유입을 줄일 수 있습니다.

Swagelok® 퀵 커넥트는 푸시 연결(Push-to-Connect) 작동 방식 덕분에 비틀거나, 돌리거나, 렌치를 사용하지 않고도 손쉽고 효율적으로 연결을 만들 수 있습니다.

Swagelok 퀵 커넥트는 광범위한 구성, 스템, 몸체 커넥터, 연결구로 공급 가능합니다. 옵션에는 싱글 엔드, 더블 엔드 차단 모델과 더불어 관통 유로형, 계장, 미니어처, PTFE 씰 구조가 포함됩니다.

  • 키 가공이 된 경우를 제외하고, 모든 퀵 커넥트 스템은 같은 시리즈와 크기의 퀵 커넥트 몸체에 장착됩니다
  • 튜브 어댑터, ISO 및 AN 나사 연결구, 파이프 용접을 포함한 다양한 연결구로 공급 가능합니다
  • 관통 유로형 버전에는 컴팩트 디자인과 몸체를 분해하지 않고 손쉽게 교체할 수 있는 O-링이 적용되어 있습니다
  • 미니어처 버전은 손가락으로 간단히 조작할 수 있는 가벼운 컴팩트 디자인이 적용되었으며, 유출과 공기 유입을 줄일 수 있도록 낮은 무용 용적으로 설계되었습니다
  • PTFE 씰 버전은 공기 유입과 유출을 줄여주는 플러시 밸브 구조와 함께 보호 가능하도록 오목한 씰이 적용되어 있습니다.
