Swagelok®圧力逃がし弁を使用すると、一般産業用アプリケーションにおいて過剰圧力を防止することができます。さまざまな設定圧力を選ぶことができます。また、ブリード・バルブおよびパージ・バルブを使用すると、シグナル・ラインの圧力を大気中へ効率的にブリード、ベント、排出することが可能です。
圧力逃がし弁を見るSwagelok®圧力逃がし弁 Rシリーズは、加わる圧力に比例して徐々に開くため、シンプルかつ確実に過剰圧力を防止して作業員を保護し、適切なプロセス状態を維持します。設定圧力は、工場で設定することも、さまざまな使用条件に合わせて現場で調整することも可能です。Swagelok®中圧用圧力逃がし弁 RVシリーズは、最高使用圧力が137.8 MPaのアプリケーションに使用することができます。
Swagelok®安全型圧力逃がし弁 PRVシリーズは、PED 2014/68/EU Category IVの認証を取得しており、ISO-4126-1に従った安全装置として、Pressure Equipment Directiveに基づいたCEマークが付いています。指定の圧力を工場にて設定し、試験を行い、ロックし、希望の設定圧力を示すタグを付けています。
Swagelok®ブリード・バルブ BVシリーズをマルチバルブ・マニホールドやゲージ・バルブのような計装装置に使用すると、計器を安全に取り外したり、制御装置の校正補助を行ったりすることができます。また、API 624による低排出認証付きの製品もあり、フュージティブ・エミッション（排出物の漏れ）対策にも有効です。
Swagelok®パージ・バルブ Pシリーズは、ブリード・バルブ、ベント・バルブ、ドレン・バルブとしてお使いいただける手動式のバルブです。安全性を高めるため、バルブ・ボディから外れないようにきざみ付きキャップを取り付けています。ブリード・バルブもパージ・バルブもコンパクトで取り付けに便利です。

Proportional Relief Valves
R series proportional relief valves provide simple, reliable, overpressure protection for a variety of liquid or gas general-industry applications with set pressures from 10 to 6000 psig (0.7 to 413 bar). They open gradually as the pressure increases and will close when the system pressure falls below the set pressure.
