Your form will be sent to your local Swagelok sales and service center for processing, and you can expect to be contacted within 5-7 days of submittal. To ensure the fastest handling, please complete this form in its entirety. Registrants will receive a confirmation email upon final enrollment

Course fee starts at USD $500 per person and may vary based on course location and/or your location. All payments will be processed through your authorized Swagelok sales and service center.

Swagelok will provide all course materials. Attendees keep the comprehensive course workbook. Additional information will be sent with your confirmation and prior to course start. Registered students who fail to appear at the course may be invoiced accordingly as stated in the course cancellations section.
