詳細について問い合わせるSwagelok®サーマル・イマージョン・ダイヤフラム・バルブ DHシリーズは、原子層蒸着（ALD） やプリカーサー供給用途など、高温／高純度環境でバルブを完全に組み込む必要のあるアプリケーションに適しています。完全に組み込まれた高純度PFA製シートは幅広い耐薬品性を持ち、膨潤とコンタミネーションに対する耐性に優れています。ボディの流路から障害物を一掃しているため、たまり部を最小限に抑え、大流量を実現しています。
流量係数（Cv値）は最大0.60、エンド・コネクション（サイズ：1/4 インチ、3/8 インチ）が豊富で、アクチュエーターは空気作動式と手動式があるなど、幅広いシステムのニーズに対応可能です。ノーマル・クローズ型のアクチュエーターは5 ms未満でバルブを開閉することができます。バルブは、220°Cで最適なパフォーマンスを発揮します。
