Swagelok® Thermowells

Protect bimetal thermometers from potential damage caused by pressurized, corrosive, flowing, viscous, or abrasive fluids with Swagelok thermowells.

Request Thermowell Information

Swagelok thermowells enable removal of thermometers for replacement or service without affecting the process or system while also protecting the thermometers from damage that can be caused by process fluids. They can accommodate 2.5 through 12 in. (63.5 through 305 mm) thermometer stem lengths in reduced-, straight-, and tapered-shank configurations.

304 stainless steel construction is standard with 316 stainless steel available for when higher corrosion resistance is needed. Available options include lag extensions for use in insulated piping applications, protective stainless-steel cap and chain, and a female G1/2B instrument connection.
