1. スリーブをハンドルから取り外します。／2. スリーブを取り付ける際は、まず未使用のスリーブを軟らかくなるまで約54°C の水道水に漬けます。スリーブをハンドルに素早く取り付けます。ハンドルの端まできっちりスリーブが取り付けられていることを確認してください。

注意：FM（Factory Mutual） Approvals 保持のため、F60Tシリーズ・ファイヤー用ボール・バルブの分解／再組み立てにつきましては、スウェージロック指定販売会社までお問い合わせください。

本説明書では、60シリーズ・ボール・バルブに取り付けたレバー・ハンドルを、だ円形ハンドル、エクステンション付きだ円形ハンドルにに交換する際の取り付け方法について記載しています。

バルブが正常に機能するための、バルブの流れ方向を示す矢印に従って、バルブを取り付けてください。

注意：エアー・アクチュエーターの作動は、バルブのパッキン・ナット調節の影響を受けます。したがって、バルブのパッキン・ナットを過度に締め付けないよう注意しながら、十分なパッキン・ナットのトルク値を維持して漏れを防止してください。バルブのパッキン・ナットを過度に締め付けると、アクチュエーターが動かなくなるおそれがあります。

カバー・ネジは再取り付けの際に必要となりますので、別途保管しておいてください。

Swagelok 円周溶接機（オービタル・ウェルディング・システム）または長さが76.2mm以上のチューブ／パイプ短管エンドを使用する場合は、本説明書に従って作業を行う必要はありません。
