Die proportionalen Überströmventile von Swagelok® schützen allgemeine Industrieanwendungen vor Überdruck und erlauben mehrere Öffnungsdruckbereiche. Die Entlüftungs- und Spülventile sorgen für eine wirksame Entlüftung, Spülung bzw. Druckabsenkung der Signalleitung in die Atmosphäre.
Überströmventile anzeigenDie Überströmventile der Serie R von Swagelok® öffnen allmählich, wenn der Druck über den Einstelldruck ansteigt. Sie dienen dem zuverlässigen Schutz des Bedienpersonals und sorgen dafür, ordnungsgemäße Prozessbedingungen sicherzustellen. Der gewünschte Einstelldruck ist werksseitig konfigurierbar oder kann vor Ort leicht an veränderte Betriebsbedingungen angepasst werden. Die Überströmventile der Serie RV für mittleren Druck von Swagelok® eignen sich für Betriebsdrücke bis zu 1.378 bar (20.000 psig).
Die proportionalen Überströmventile der Serie PRV von Swagelok® sind nach DGRL 2014/68/EU Kategorie IV zertifiziert und verfügen entsprechend Druckgeräterichtlinie über eine CE-Kennzeichnung als Sicherheitsventil gemäß ISO 4126-1. Sie werden werkseitig auf den gewünschten Ansprechdruck eingestellt, geprüft, verplombt und gekennzeichnet.
Die Entlüftungsventile der Serie BV von Swagelok® können für einen sicheren Ausbau von Instrumenten und die vereinfachte Kalibrierung von Steuergeräten in Mehrfachventilblöcken oder Manometerventilen eingesetzt werden. Zur Reduzierung flüchtiger Emissionen sind sie mit Niedrigemissionszertifizierung nach API 641 erhältlich.
Bei den Ventilen der Serie P von Swagelok® handelt es sich um manuell betätigte Be- und Entlüftungs- bzw. Ablassventile. Die Rändelkappen sind aus Sicherheitsgründen fest mit dem Ventilkörper verbunden, und dank ihres kompakten Designs lassen sich das Entlüftungs- als auch das Spülventil einfach installieren.

Proportional Relief Valves
R series proportional relief valves provide simple, reliable, overpressure protection for a variety of liquid or gas general-industry applications with set pressures from 10 to 6000 psig (0.7 to 413 bar). They open gradually as the pressure increases and will close when the system pressure falls below the set pressure. PRV series proportional safety relief valves are certified safety valves with five set spring pressure ranges are available with the selected set pressure factory-set, tested, locked, and tagged to ensure the desired setting.
Bleed and Purge Valves
