Swagelok quick connects are available in a wide range of configurations, stem and body connectors, and end connections. Options include single-end and double-end shutoff models as well as full-flow, instrumentation, miniature, and PTFE-sealed designs.
- Unless it is keyed, any quick connect stem will fit any quick connect body of the same series and size
- A variety of end connections are available, including tube adapters, ISO and AN threaded connections, and pipe welds
- Full-flow versions feature a compact design and O-rings that are easily replaced without disassembling the body
- Miniature versions feature lightweight, compact designs for simple fingertip operation and have low dead volumes that reduce spillage and air inclusion
- PTFE-sealed versions feature a flush valve design that reduces air inclusion and spillage as well as seals that are recessed for protection
