Swagelok offers a wide variety of PFA fine thread flare fitting shapes and sizes, including straight, elbow, and tee configurations for use with 1/4 to 1 in. tubing. Our PFA fittings offer the tensile strength, resistance to permeation, thermal stability, flow, and creep resistance needed for safe, efficient operation in high-purity applications and aggressive chemical environments. As a result, they are often considered to be a strong choice for use in semiconductor production.
These PFA fittings are a part of a family of Swagelok ultrahigh-purity (UHP) fluoropolymer products that also include pneumatically actuated and quarter-turn manual radial diaphragm-sealed shutoff valves, O-ring-free check valves, and tubing.
