FX series all-metal high-pressure flexible hose provides corrosion-resistance in high-temperature, vacuum, and high-pressure corrosive environments.

FX series hose is a convoluted 316L core stainless steel high pressure braided hose with a double braid outer layer of 321 stainless steel promoting hose pressure containment. A convoluted core allows for flexibility and limits kinking in this metal braided hose. It is commonly used in high-temperature vacuum and high-pressure corrosive environments or where permeation is undesirable.

A size range of 1/4 through 2 inch, working pressures from vacuum to 6000 psig (413 bar), and a variety of end connections welded in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX allow the FX series high pressure braided hose to meet the needs of a variety of systems. Standard and custom assemblies are available with options including hose covers, hose tags, and additional helium leak testing.
